You’re welcome to bring brochures, handouts and even small giveaway items, like pens or stickers!

What are the set-up details for participating partners?

Arrive as early as 2:30 p.m. to set up.

Tables and internet access will be provided to partners.

Bring a table cloth, pamphlets, and marketing materials.

Where can I park? Is it free?

Free downtown parking is available at St. Joseph Cathedral, 401 Main Street, Baton Rouge, LA 70802.

What time can I come set up my booth?

You can arrive as early as 1:30 p.m. to set up. Teach225 will provide tables and internet access. You are encouraged to bring a tablecloth and promotional materials such as pamphlets, handouts, and signage.

Will there be food and refreshments?

Yes! Refreshments will be available for all participating partners.

What size are the tables?

One standard 6-foot table will be provided for each partner.

Will Teach225 provide name tags?

No, please bring your own name tags if needed.

How can I follow up with candidates after the event?

We recommend collecting resumes or having a sign-up sheet at your booth for interested candidates. You may also provide QR codes linkin to your job openings.
